Larry Schw's Journal, 25 January 2016

This is my second week of maintenance, as I learn more about how to maintain my goal weight. I'm enjoying the walking and doing free weights at the gym for upper body. I enjoyed a wonderful sweet potato last night. I also like asparagus in asparagus sauce. Trying different items in the salads also. Being retired also gives me time freedom to enjoy each day and each new thing I try.
163.5 lb Lost so far: 7.5 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

It does take time to figure out. Can't wait till I can add a sweet potato occasionally.
