So today I am 44 years young! We drove down to Redding yesterday and my in-laws drove up to surprise me and we had lunch at my favorite mexican restaurant here in the North state, Casa Ramos. It was a fun afternoon. I will be working on getting rid of that salt all week I am sure, but it was worth it! I have been feeling pretty good so I have been adding some jogging back into my walking workout. I am thinking about another race, just the thought process at this time but maybe the fall? That will give me time to train, we'll see. Have a great day friends!
