Finally seeing a drop. Reduced cream to 3 tblspns. Started adding almond milk-sugar free.
Also stopped bacon for the last 4 days. maybe try it 2-3 days a week?
169.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 34.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
