wow! what did you eat?? New here and I am open to all tips. I am 74 yrs old.

Ive been on here for 5 years. Got down to 145lbs and it slowly crept back on. starting honestly and accurately tracking again and the weight reacts. burn more then you eat and you will see results. its not easy to do but its effective. I try to keep high protein and lower carbs. I find I can keep cravings at bay better when I limit my carb intake. figure out what works for you and what your trigger foods are and avoid! a few simple meals that are healthy and you like will help tremendously! good luck!
