Nicole Strong Barrett's Journal, 23 January 2016

On operation weekend watch. Goal was 1500 cal today. I went over (1800) but am actually happy. I worked out hard for 2 1/2 hours and when I did eat over, I made conscious choices about which calories to eat instead of just mindless weekend eating. Thank you HCB for starting this challenge. Tomorrows goal: 1500.
