Down a pound finally. Finally realized that I can add a scoop of protein powder to even out the calorie distribution. Try and keep carbs around 50%, that's key to controlling my cravings. Just made a bowl of Fiber One, mixed berries, a scoop of vanilla protein powder and almond milk. Tastes like a treat! Sweet, nutty and satisfying. Love it!
