You can do it just focus on the step that you are taking.

You are totally worth fighting for YOU, relax for just five minutes and listen to yourself breathing in and exhale out all your anxiety. .....You got this!!!

Look at your progress. You are able. Up and downs will happen. Don't give up!

Clare is right; take time and breathe..relax. You can do this one day at a time. Sometimes it's one hour and even one minute at a time. Soak in a tub of bubbles, listen to soothing music and just breathe and relax just for YOU. Take time for you. God said that he would not put more on us than we could bear...he meant it! Just believe, you are stronger than you think you are. We are hear for you.

Don't you wonder why we have these mini meltdowns? Stay strong and reward yourself with some little luxury for all the hard work you have already done. Sometimes we try to picture the complete journey we are on, but that is overwhelming. Make small achievable goals, focus on the short term rather than the long. Get thru each day, hour, minute, then tackle the next confident with what you just accomplished.

My guess is that you have had these feelings before. Keep in mind that feelings, no matter how uncomfortable pass. Both the good and the bad. If you focus on the smaller things, like anything you are grateful for in the moment it helps to get through waiting for those feelings to shift. If you can take some action. It doesn't have to be big, and record what you have done. Then look for another action to take. Small actions, even like organizing shoes, throwing out newspapers, writing a note of appreciation, doodling a small picture...anything will build to taking more actions and feeling a bit more in control. A mini meltdown is just the reset button for getting clear on what you want to do and feel. Good luck.
