Trying to eat lots of fiber, it seems to be helping (ahem). Have been eating apples or grapefruit halves for breakfast. Will have wheat blend spaghetti and salad for lunch and have been measuring my portions. I seem to be satisfied even though I'm eating less. I am having less soda - maybe a can or two per day. Just having to log it is keeping me aware so that I don't have a ton of it. Had leftover homemade veggie soup last night. It has cream and cheese in it, and I have no idea how much of what is in it, so I can't really log it accurately. But it is full of veggies, at least.
190.5 lb Lost so far: 1.5 lb.    Still to go: 40.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
