Finished my first half marathon with a time of 1:40:11. That made my pace 7.38 min/mile. I'm shooting for ~1:35:11 for my next race in a few weeks.
162.3 lb Lost so far: 1.7 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
