My scale wasn't calibrated so I lost more than I thought I have! I need to be more diligent at recording what I eat. Trying to not do fast food and getting easier! Also doing Zuzka Light's Bunny Slope exercise series on Youtube. Can't wait to do that for 2 weeks, then move on to Beginners. I tried Beginners before but I was struggling with my form.
112.0 lb Lost so far: 18.0 lb.    Still to go: 7.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
