Worked so hard all day yesterday in the yard, almost forgot to eat anything. Getting to old for 6+ hours of yard mowing, seeding, throwing top soil etc., etc. Got up this morning & didn't feel as bad as I thought... so guess what, went out and did more digging up plants & watering this morning... Must be something wrong with me :)

At least "yard work" really adds up the exercise calories burned! Wish I had your energy as my yard could really use it!
