Went up a little....still happy though. I know I did well yesterday, except for that piece of pizza at work - hey, I was doing OT...and I only have ONE piece...not two.

I'm at work today for 11 hrs: and I tend to do better while I'm at work and not sitting at home with all my yummy food at my disposal, so today will be a good day!
180.8 lb Lost so far: 13.0 lb.    Still to go: 50.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
