Deliver baby, check.
Gallbladder removal, check.
Green light from OBGYN to exercise, check.
Workout plan, check.
Motivation, check.

Gallbladder problems kept me from gaining too much weight when I was pregnant, thank goodness, but it's time to get back to work on fitness. Being an at-home mom should help me find the time to squeeze in my workouts. Here we go!
209.4 lb Lost so far: 9.6 lb.    Still to go: 44.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

For me, it always seemed easiest to drop weight right after having a baby. Keep in mind that breast feeding also burns a lot of calories. :) Best of all, your baby will always see you as perfect (no matter your size...or anything else, for that matter)!
