Been workin' my butt off this week trying to get back down to 169. Hopefully next week I can get there. I love waking up sore because I know I got a good workout yesterday. :)
170.0 lb Lost so far: 60.0 lb.    Still to go: 40.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
