still drinkin water at least 60oz. and 2 fruits a day. sugars are running around 180 last 3 days. 1to 11/2 c. of coffee. upon getting up on sugar levels.havn't started excersiceing yet. trying also to cut back on smoothies. bm are a lot healthier now.had steve and bree past weekend.first day of challenge loosing 20pds before spring3/20/16
