The thermometer made it to 1 above zero today and tomorrow it is suppose to go up to 10, so that slow warm up is starting, even with the 9 below zero morning temps that will start our Tuesday. I definitely need to get out of this house to do something other than the up and down sitting I have been doing the last 4 days.

I made left overs for us to clean out the frig and had baked chicken thighs. I removed the skin after it was baked, which was hard for me to give up for some reason today. I am now patting myself on the back for giving it up. I can now have a yogurt later if I choose all because I made that choice. It is all about choices with me and learning to balance those choices out through the day to keep me on plan.
