I have to get myself in check and get myself busy. Definitely need to stay out of the kitchen!!! Not a good place to be when anxious. The phone rings and it seems like another crisis. Neither my DH or I can do much to help solve, but I still get anxious for the one on the other end of the phone line making the call to us. I had breakfast and just now went back for toast and jelly. TIME to put my concerns aside and continue with taking care of myself and not use food for comfort. FOOD WON'T make my anxiety go away. Hoping my DH is putting his concerns aside and will think about himself also.
