My new goal this is year is to lose weight and sustain a healthy diet. By this time next year, 2017, I would like to lose 50 pounds. To add to my daily healthy diet, I will get off the couch and maintain an active lifestyle as well as exercise three times a week, and walk at least four times a week. I deserve this new lifestyle and am committed. Becoming healthy for my future grandchildren is very important to me and to my family.
