Big loss....probably cause I didn't eat much yesterday.....haha. I haven't been able to make it to the gym for the past few days also .....so not sure if some of the weight loss is due to muscle loss. I know I should care if it's muscle loss.....but I'm just happy that I'm down 9 lbs and that I'm back to losing instead of gaining! I am DETERMINED to get back to my happy weight!
