I managed to stay away from snacking yesterday, especially in the late afternoon and evening. Didn't eat what I made for supper (Hamburger Helper), just didn't feel like it.
168.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 43.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
