Hey buddies! I finished Dean Koontz's "Ashley Bell", it was fantastic. In case any fellow bookworms are out there wondering what to read next, I would highly recommend it.
It's been a solid week and I think I should see some good results from it. I made it to the gym both Wednesday and today, and yesterday I used the indoor track to get my steps in. Contemplating starting an upper body routine with my kettle bell this weekend. Eating has been on point and deficits are consistent.
I am beside myself with excitement for today being Friday. I don't even care that I have to work this evening lol. For twelve days straight I have awoken to an alarm blaring in my ear and tomorrow I will not. Tomorrow I will rise slowly, stay in my pajamas and take the time to enjoy my coffee. I have made no plans for the weekend because I'm tired of plans. No commitments, just going with the flow for a change. It honestly feels like my first weekend off since before the holidays since every holiday seemed to consume the weekend that followed.
Hope everyone has an amazing weekend!

Have a good weekend of chillaxing! I'm speeding through the last quarter or so of the book I'm on now and I'm waiting for the sequel to come out in paperback, so I might add that Koontz book to my to-read list in the meantime.
I've been kicking around the idea of using kettle bells. Any brand/weight suggestions for a beginner?
