I underestimated my calories last night and then ate a big bowl of granola before bed. I need to get yoghurt/powder/cottage cheese for bedtime if I need it.
234.8 lb Lost so far: 0.2 lb.    Still to go: 29.8 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
