aiming to eat more fruits like oranges and grapes. sometimes i can skip snacks between meals but other times i get cravings. my new plan is to accommodate fruits as the snacks or juice or yogurt drink etc. also have been drinking green tea and i can feel the benefits! hope it all works out in the end!

I'm right there with you on the cravings. Trying to amp up my protein without amping up the carbs & sugar.

cutting down carbs is especially difficult for me;I just looove potato chips. every time i open the pantry i have to convince myself to not eat anything i'll regret later.
