Went back to Atkins Induction to try to jumpstart weightloss. So far its been good, first week was wonderful with almost a pound a day until I hit the weekend and then didn't stick to the food schedule. I'm back on track for this week though and hoping to keep up with the loss. I'm also exercising more frequently so I'm hoping that helps too.
143.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 13.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.

I hear you. This was always my problem with a diet like Atkins or Low Carb High Fat or whatever. At least with the 5:2 fast diet I can plan my fast days and then just eat normally but healthily on the weekends. If I want that potato or a piece of bread, just need to calculate the calories and make sure that I have lots of fruit and veggies inbetween. I am not sure if anyone else finds this a much easier and sustainable "life style"

well it went great with me losing weight those two weeks but now I've been unable to get back on track. I'm back up in weight so unless I feel like considerable restricting my food intake (which I don't) guess I'll have to do something else.

I weighed myself this morning and I am down 1.5kg since Monday. I have 2 x fast days of 500Calories and 2 days of eating normally (up to 1700Cal). I am so proud of myself. I need to keep this momentum going.....still have 19kg to go :-(
