My Issue Is...

I have lost a lot of weight in a small amount of time. Is this normal. I do exercise twice everyday for 2 hrs--ALOT OF CARDIO--. I lost 7 pounds then 1 pound and then 5 pounds. I'm 236.6 pounds as of 10:30am. Am I losing weight to quickly? I am eating 1500 calories a day plus taking GNC womens vitamins. I love losing this weight NO COMPLAINTS i love it BUT at the same time I don't want to be FLABBY or have extra SKIN hanging where it should not be.

No, it's pretty normal in the first few weeks. Especially, because you are exercising alot. It will slow after a bit. You are doing great!

Good job, you won't be flabby. Just remember to drink lots of water and make sure you take good care of your skin.

Many people that highly restrict their calories will lose a lot the first couple weeks. It usually does not last as your metabolism will shut down pretty quickly as it thinks you are starving and tries to hold onto your weight. Slow and steady (1-2 pounds per week) is healthier and most people who maintain for the long run use that method. Everyone is different. You need to decide what is best for you. There are calorie calculators out there that tell you what you need to maintain the weight you are at. If you figure that calorie count and subtract either 500 or 1000 calories a day that will give you the number you need to consume to lose either 1 or 2 pounds each week. As for skin-that is very individual. The elasticity of your skin is determined by many factors including age, race, starting weight and even heredity. These all make a difference and can vary greatly. No one can say for sure how much or how little sagging you may or may not have. Good luck!
