This is my "happy" weight. It is a maintenance weight that I can keep up. I don't have to do 2-a-day workouts to maintain this weight, and I can enjoy a glass of wine with dinner if I want, and the occasional treat.

It was actually 8 years ago when I first realized I needed to overhaul things. I was just about to hit 150 lbs (I'm 5'2"), and was around 40% body fat. I told my husband I wanted to change things, and he encouraged me (he didn't need to lose weight, but did whatever he could to help me). I joined a gym, I hired a trainer, and I kept careful watch of what I ate (and no alcohol). 6 months later, I was down to 115 lbs and 20% body fat. Plus, way happier with just the way I felt in general.

Since then, except for when I was pregnant, I have maintained around 115 pounds. I'm now down to about 16-17% body fat, but still hovering at 115. Like I said, it's my happy weight!
115.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 1.8 lb a week
