I Started exercising a lot and didnt really focus on my diet. I supposed i convinced myself that since i exercise so much, I can afford and deserve to eat whatever i liked. Clearly this was a bad choice, seeing that I have managed to gain 6kg in 3 years lol. I am getting married on the 13th Of February, My ideal goal was to at least weigh 70kg. I have literally a month. I am not sure if it is possible to reach that goal, but i will give it my all
