You quit smoking, that is a very big deal. Hang in there, by all means. I don't know why young people even start smoking this day and age with all the bad things we here about it. I lost my sister and also a good friend due to their smoking. My sister died of COPD. Yes, she was thin, she lived on cigarettes and black coffee. My friend died of lung cancer, a horrible way to go. I am prouder of you for taking that step to quit smoking than I am of you trying to lose weight..
