I lost two lbs. I would usually be very proud and pat myself on the back for jumping rope at 5am, doing a Jillian Michael's cardio routine, AND a Zumba class all in less than 24 hrs. I would be happy but I think my fever and lack of eating yesterday is what caused the drop. It seems like doing all the "right" things aren't working but then I get sick and I drop? bahumbug.

I weigh myself every other day or so. Once The Biggest Loser starts again at the end of September my "official" weigh-in will be the morning of the episodes, I think that's Wednesday mornings. I used last Fall's episode as a motivator last year on my way to a 21 lb. weight loss. If they (at 250-500 lbs.) can get on treadmills and run then why can't I at 178?! It's soooooo much easier for me to pick up this weight. Plus, I make myself exercise the entire 2 hours the episode is on even if its just jumping jacks. Anyway, so to that's my long winded answer lol. I'll start weekly weigh-ins when the show starts lol.

Nice nice. I never watched the show before! Maybe I'll have to take a look at it.
