Even though I got a later start this morning, and it was already hot/humid I got my almost 2mile walk. Walked Shotzie early morning, then had appointment. Almost wimped out on walking cause my glutes & lats were sore from pilates on Tuesday. Guess I must have really concentrated on my pilates workout yesterday, cause today got some sore muscles :) Guess that's good, no pain, no gain :)

If I don't take Shotzie for her walk right after her breakfast, I get this "Oh sad look, to make me feel guilty"...

Dogs have a way of getting to you. When mine says it is time to play, then it is time to play - no matter what else I might be trying to accomplish.
