Oh dear, very busy week and early start this morning so was exhausted later. Home early afternoon, terrible day, cold, wet, very tired. Ate dinner and then found left over chocolates from Xmas and just ate and ate. I would have been better going to bed for a couple of hours instead of stuffing myself. Okay, done now, need to move on but learn from this. Tiredness seems to result in overeating and eating the wrong foods. Okay, tomorrow new day....
