Apparently.. starving your scale is not acceptable. I stepped on this morning expecting good news or no change because I behaved yesterday despite being up all night. I was not expecting 100.9 (waaaay below my end goal of 135) Fat secret is complaining I am loosing too much too fast but over 100# is not possible without major trauma... lol. I am guessing the issue behind the LIE is batteries. I had forgotten food was so good. I am having trouble eating all of my calories for moderate weight loss. I am not interested in food till noon-ish. And I don't eat after 6 pm or reflux is killer when I lie down. I am usually anywhere from 200 to 500 short of the 1700. No gym today roads already a mess and snow is not here yet. Todays High of 40 is already past.. Cancelled trip to Lebanon Mo.

Wouldn't that be something, waking up and finding out 100+lbs disappeared like magic for real? Reminds me of a Dr. Who episode where cute little aliens called Adipose are made out of peoples fat and people wake up happy but unknowing where their fat went. I have the same issues with hitting my calories. Do you find you just aren't hungry? I think my issue is with control. I'm either out of control or over controlling.
