I'm back! And I've stayed on track, as promised! Well, I didn't get back on plan immediately after my last post...but I got started this Monday and I'm finally feeling normal again. It does feel like a bit of a struggle sometimes, I'll be honest. It's been so hard to muster up the motivation to lose these last 5 kgs. I guess it's good in a way...at least I haven't developed an image/eating disorder and I'm not addicted to losing weight (the thought HAS crossed my mind a few times - you know how happy seeing that lower number on the scale can make you!)...but it also means I'm just plain COMPLACENT. It's all right to be happy where I am...what's NOT ok is to undo all the hard work I've put in to get here. So yeah, I'm back to the packed lunches and looking the other way when there's cake passed around. And it's so good to not wake up feeling bloated and not feel grumpy for no reason (sugar addiction-induced mood swings are NOT a joke). Happy new year, everyone.
131.8 lb Lost so far: 41.0 lb.    Still to go: 10.6 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
