I did so well, and then stress got high and snacks were aplenty and I'm right back where I started from. It's so depressing. The diet plan that I worked on really does work well. I didn't feel deprived, but it did take a bit of planning. I'll start that planning again and work my way through it.
245.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 65.4 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

don't feel discouraged - you can do this! And, after a while, it will help you deal with the stress in a way that doesn't make you come back feeling defeated. Don't look back; look forward!
