WOW I am so proud of myself. I feel so good. I have been exercising daily and have walked all but 2 days in the last 2 months totaling over 10000 steps everyday and actually did 20000 one day. Onward! Not much longer till I transition to the next step inthe eatingplan.
188.6 lb Lost so far: 43.4 lb.    Still to go: 23.6 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
losing 2.3 lb a week

I take it one day at a time. I also make my exercise a priority. It is the first thing on my calendar every morning. It took some effort and after 2 months it has become a habit. Each time I have put it off to do later in the day It is harder to do.
