Back on track, I've taken a month off from dieting and working out. For some reason I was finding it very hard to stay motivated, I was seeing results but was finding it difficult to accept all the changes. I had a relaps of food, I am an amature cook and really enjoy baking and cooking complex meals, most involve heavy calories though. I really must make a mental change in the way I look at food. I am very surprised I didn't gain any weight durring that time though as I was eating lots of buttery things.
I am rededicated to my goal and will remain accountable for my diet and exercise.
