Oh my goodness.
The last two days have been ridiculous and for the most part eliminated my diet.
Wednesday morning my family figured out that our pantry was infested with those little pasta bugs, so I had to grab breakfast on the run..
I had a job interview at 10 a.m...I got the job, but then my new boss wanted to go out to Fuddrucker's..
I got done with that at 2:40, and had to be at my other job at 3:00....I couldn't exactly walk in and say, "Sorry I'm late to work, my job interview ran late!" Good lord...had to have McDonald's for dinner.
I plugged in what I ate and dear god, I'm never getting the Mickey D's chicken sandwich ever again! So much fat!!
Yesterday was less hectic..still not smooth...I spent most of the day running around town trying to get my friend's baby shower invitations made. We made yummy chili for dinner though! :)

Just because you had a couple bad days doesn't mean your diet is over. The most important thing about dieting is not being perfect but getting back on track after a bad day or two (or 20). Forgive yourself and move forward. Everyone has bad days. Everyone. Make a plan, come up with a mini goal (for the week or the month). Pick something you KNOW you can do. (Lose 2 lbs or not eat fast food.) Once you meet a few mini goals you'll have more confidence to make and meet bigger goals. You can do it!
