Just because you had a couple bad days doesn't mean your diet is over. The most important thing about dieting is not being perfect but getting back on track after a bad day or two (or 20). Forgive yourself and move forward. Everyone has bad days. Everyone. Make a plan, come up with a mini goal (for the week or the month). Pick something you KNOW you can do. (Lose 2 lbs or not eat fast food.) Once you meet a few mini goals you'll have more confidence to make and meet bigger goals. You can do it!
