Opps, forgot to journal yesterday. All is going well so far, I am not following the diet to the T. I am also not doing anything stupid either. The 17 day diet is super strict and I find I need a little give to stay on it. I did not get all of my water in yesterday. I had a sparkling water which is a technical no no. I also had diet soda, however I did go on my walk with mista guinness. He is doing really well on his leash and we will be up and running in no time. Not sure if I will go for a walk or what today I have been having a real problem with my left ankle up to my knee swelling. So far nothing yet. Anyway I will be back this is afternoon this is my make up for monday. Bye ya'll
