I did last nights workout this morning instead of after housework since yesterday I found that my neck hurt a lot last night after housework which made the 30 min walking exercise harder to do. So my night time one will probably be my standing abs exercise. I need to keep up with exercising even though I know it'll be a little painful since I haven't done really any exercise routines...like ever. I know I need to workout to get the best advantage to a healthier me, a little bit of sore muscles is worth the ultimate outcome...a thinner healthier ME :D

Missy - Good going on the exercise but do watch that neck. Strained neck muscles can take forever to heal (I learned that the hard way).

A doctor told me one I have very tight muscles back there which he thought might be a part of my migraines. Suggested massage therapy but that takes money I just don't have not to mention whenever anyone touches it and tries to give me a massage it just hurts really bad. The time it hurts the most and goes down between my shoulders is when I stand and do dishes for a long time then it continues for the rest of the day...

started working on my abs this a.m. too. Love the standing crunches but I agree with buffybear...be careful! Strained neck muscles are pretty common with ab workouts.

It only hurts if I do a lot of reaching above my head, so when they do it fast I go slow...
