Same problem here. BP, cholesterol and blood sugar is up. Less sodium, more potassium, and lots of water has dropped my BP about 20/10 pts in a month.

I'm on two different meds for high BP and that is just one of my goals in this journey...I'd love to be able to go off them altogether, and I believe I can, eventually. Let's do this!

Even after losing 40 lbs I still take 6 pills a day for blood pressure, and it is barely under control. I am looking forward to the day I can at least cut back on my dosage.
