Yep. put on 9 pounds since thanksgiving thanks to my sweet tooth and lack of time for exercise. starting anew today. started a click to 5k program last Saturday and today adding a strength workout. hopefully some of this is just water weight.
179.0 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb.    Still to go: 42.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

You can do it! I gained 4 pounds over Christmas--my first re-gain since beginning here--and I'm determined to get them back OFF and keep heading on down. If you think yours is water weight, I know it sounds weird but drink EXTRA water. Really! My doctor told me this and it works!

I try but after 5 bottles of water all I want is something different to drink. Even flavored water sometimes doesn't help.
