We'll have to say day 1 went fairly well. Stayed away from chocolate my nemesis when I'm trying to lose weight. The fact I stayed home with all the family around and didn't cheat. Since I woke up late I did skip a meal, well lunch was more as a snack. Have to say coconut chips is a great snack - of course everyone here likes them too. So currently out of them.
