Back at Slimming World! I have managed to lose 1.5lbs in 3 days though which is better than I've done for a long time. On Thursday I'm going away for the weekend with not much time to figure out what I shall be eating because I'm travelling about alot, so fongers crossed. I have not been drinking extra water because all it does for me is to make me go to the toilet more!
