My plan is to use my new Silver Sneakers membership at the gym. 3 times a week. I will also utilize my fitbit.
181.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 13.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Going to try a wonderful cleansing drink each AM. My grandmother used to have each of us kids drink warm water with a squirt of lemon each AM when we got out of bed. This is similar. 4-6 oz. of H2O, 2 T. apple cider vinegar (the organic "cloudy" kind), dash of cayenne pepper and stevia (not sugar) to taste. It is actually pretty good and I can feel it cleansing out mucus!
