Got the go ahead from oncologist to actively try to lose weight! He told me to go SLOW- the steroids made a mess of my muscle tone that and six months of poison being pumped into my body and the resulting nausea and lack of energy. Thank god that's over at least for now. Time to get in shape and shed this 35 lbs I gained while on chemo and another 5 -10 that I needed to lose before chemo. Go me!!
