Feeling a little off. Really want to binge since its "the season". help!

Hang in there...focus on the people, not the food. You can do it :)

I'm really struggling too. I just want to eat all the time. I've done yoga 3x in the last week so that is helping keep the bloat off from the extra holiday fun. Hang in there.

If the regret is not worth the temporary satisfaction then don't do it. If you can eat a little and be mindful of not indulging then have a little. But don't punish yourself whatever your decision. Best wishes!

Eat something that's allowed on your weight loss plan, instead. Unless you're counting calories (weak sauce), drink a strong cup of coffee and chant, "I'm not hungry I'm not hungry I'm not hungry" for a few minutes.
