Well, it is what it is, and luckily now the holidays are over. New Years is almost here, but I'm going to immediately start working on my nutrition starting today. I have been eating too much bad food, and I need to refocus on eating better foods in smaller portions. I also need to get back into logging all my food again. I know the past few months I haven't been doing to good with that.

165.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 15.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Good deal!! I'm in the same boat. Been slacking off the last few months on tracking my food. Thankfully having an awesome nutrition program makes all the difference. Good luck!!!!
