I started my exercise regime today, I went to the pool and walked in the warm therapy pool for 1 hour with other water exercises.
Plan to go again in a couple of days.

Exerise is a fantastic thing, but it is not how you lose weight. You lose weight by eating the correct food. You cannot outrun a bad diet.

Biggergus. I know that and I am eating a healthier diet but trying to fit exercise in as well.
