I know my upswing is due to monthly bloating so I'm not worried. I wish it didn't happen, but it is normal and something to be accepted.

I had a really good breakfast today. I'd made a bunch of baked potatoes last night so for breakfast I took one of the cold potatoes and chopped it up frying it with the Hormel bacon crumbles (25 cal a TBSP) with a side of scrambled egg beaters. Talk about a hearty breakfast! I think I'll be making it again, with the addition of some onions and green peppers instead of the bacon. High carb but low fat.
233.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
