All but the Christmas cookies are cleared out of this house. My better half has them stashed for himself. Clearly, better off in his mouth than mine. I actually am down a pound. Amazes me, as I did indulge in a few holiday treats the last couple of days. I didn't go overboard though and had one of this or that. Enough to enjoy the tastes of the season. Since our family celebration was Christmas eve, I had a meatless day yesterday and made fish for our main meal today. The down side is I didn't journal much the last couple of days, but know what I had last night and today. I can't go back and re-eat these last two days, so it is time to move on and get back to my healthy ways again.
